This extraordinary custom smart home project was completed over four years, evolving through multiple design phases to create a truly one-of-a-kind luxury entertainment space. Daniels Electric partnered closely with the homeowner and project team to design, install, and integrate the electrical infrastructure that powers every aspect of this remarkable property.
The centerpiece is a custom four-bay garage with an expansive entertainment space above, featuring a grand living room, full kitchen, multiple wet bars, two bathrooms, a steam room, hidden Murphy bed, and a rooftop deck designed for entertaining. The outdoor living area includes a custom cabana complete with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, television, and dining space that blends seamlessly with the home’s interior.
The homeowner envisioned a fully integrated smart home where lighting, entertainment, comfort, and security could all be controlled from a single system. With multiple entertainment spaces, extensive lighting features, and numerous integrated technologies, the electrical design required careful planning and close coordination throughout the four-year construction process.
Daniels Electric designed and installed the electrical systems that power the home’s advanced automation features. More than 100 recessed lights and over 500 feet of under-cabinet and soffit lighting were installed to create customized lighting scenes throughout the property.
Lighting, motorized shades, audio and video systems, security cameras, HVAC equipment, and other mechanical systems were integrated into a centralized smart home platform, allowing the homeowner to control the property from wall-mounted keypads or a smartphone.
The result is a sophisticated, fully connected home that delivers exceptional comfort, convenience, energy efficiency, and an outstanding entertainment experience.
